There are tough questions that should be asked, because of the nature of the incident.
1. do you think your hubby was involved in drugs
i have no clue, we were divorced when neil alan was just over a yr. old, due to domestic violence.
2. had he made great cash withdrawals/deposits before his disappearance
again, i have no idea. it was said he was having finanacial probs. also, not known til after incident, he had just been fired from his job.
3. did he hang out with unsavory characters
in retrospect, yes
4. had he made a comment to you that he was afraid of someone
no
5. had he gone on that type of trip before If so, with whom
hard to say, because the reported destination, & where they were REALLY going, were not the same!
6. had there been a boating accident involving any of the friends or the man that was found dead in Cape Canaveral (I forget the name)
gary lisk. no boat accident.
7. did you know the captain of the boat well How long had he been captain of a boat
he was the owner of the boat
8. what was the reaction of his family when he was found
shock, outrage, sadness
9. did she collect any insurance for his death
who gary was not married.
10. was your husband's friend a boozer
he was a long time (15+yr) recovering AA person, a substance abuse counselor, therapist. his old webpage is listed in my links section

Hello to All;
I only need to say, as an investigator, we can not release pertinent details about any open case. I realize there are questions the you have asked, that you feel you need answers to, but the release of this would very much harm the very work that I & other investigators, & law enforcement (l/e), & other organizations collect in building a strong case.
Again I apologize, but please understand we cannot jeapardize the case, as we work towards gathering evidence in this & other cases of concern.

Details of Disappearance
Three men, Neil Wayne Eddleman , his son Neil Alan Eddleman, and boat owner Gary Lisk left a private dock at 5 p.m. Oct. 17 on an overnight fishing trip. They were to go to a popular fishing spot about 65 miles Southwest of Naples, FL. They were to return Oct. 18th at around 6 p.m. The next day, Oct. 19, Neil's wife called the authorities.
The boat was found on Nov. 3rd on the shore of Cape Canaveral near a NASA launch pad on military land. On Nov. 6th boat owner Gary Lisk's body was identified after being found on the boat wreckage.
According to Neil's mother, who was divorced from Neil Wayne, the float plan that was given to authorities was not the true plan. She was told by an acquaintance that it was "made up" by another friend. Both of Gary's computers were compromised shortly before he was ue to return. A variety of family members of the three men have been detained at one point or another in conjunction with the case.
Neither Neil nor his father has been located. There are rumors of foul play regarding this case.

 I have read just about all that i could read regarding your son. My heart aches deeply for you, i will keep you and your son in my prayers daily. I will continue to check the website for any updates. Being a mother of a 13year boy old i cannot begin to imagine the nightmare you must be going through. My prayers will be with you!
