i guess i should preface all of this with a few details:

it was discovered, through professional analization of both gary's home & office PCs, that both were fatally compromised around NOON on sat., 5 hours before they were "supposedly" due back.

i did NOT know neil alan was was even ON A BOAT until SUNDAY morn, when his girlfriend called me, hysterical, saying she had called his dad's house & the wife was being nasty. i then called, & the wife told me there had been ship-to-shore radio contact at 7 AM & they were 12 hrs from home. i checked in mid-day & then, near 7 PM, demanded to know where my son was. i was then told there was NO radio contact & the CG had been called. when my daughter & i brought up, in CG meeting, why she LIED, she gave no answer.

upon gary's daughters arrival on tues. (she, too, was not aware of incident until after CG had been called), from tampa, to gary's home, she was met with the door locks having been changed by R3. she found both PCs compromised, hard-copy files stolen, & the place in disarray. as per her, the compromised, & stolen, files were related to financial records, rather than patient records. she went to local police, who did NOT file a report, but rather noted it a "suspicious" incident. although they knew R3 had changed the locks, gary's daughter was told to get a COURT ORDER to get into her own dad's home! it was then, too, she found the note on the door ( which, on the back, had all her personal info that gary had jotted down in a phone conversation the afternoon before going, as he told her: shark fishing). she immediately knew, & informed police, that it was NOT her dad's handwriting on the opposite side, mentioning the CA wreck. of course, the police did NOT have any handwriting analysis done!

neil alan's dad's psycho wife is out of jail! in nov., my daughter & i went to court to get a restraining order, as she was calling me, my daughter, & local "children & family" office with false info designed to destroy me, my daughter's family, & my 9 yr. old grandson. as if they haven't destroyed enough. when i divorced neil alan's dad (neil alan was just over a yr old, & i was NOT going to live with any more domestic violence), the father's niece, & the rest of his family, tried the same thing. it didn't work....then or now! methinks thou dost protest too much.

what happened...it was a friday, after school. neil & brianna were here. neil was going to be going to his dad's for the wkend (court-ordered, every other wkend visit). he didn't want to go, but was going to try & cut it short to go to brianna's mom's friend's for dinner, sat about 5. i told them that i doubted his dad would let him leave early. he left about 4:20 pm, his dad picking him up. he had on his normal "nice" clothes that a teen would hang-out in. he took nothing with him. as usual, as he walked out the door, i said love ya & he said love ya more. brianna said he called from the dad's vehicle, on dad's cell, saying he would try to make it (she said she overheard the dad saying: if we are back in time). that was the last time i saw my boy.

we all live just east of naples, florida..a town called golden gate. the dad lives 5 min from us. yes, the dad is missing, also.

Is it possible that dad has Neil yes, it is possible that he has neil.

the dad was born in indiana, but his family has lived here for many years. he was not in military, but he has a twin, jerry, who also lives here, & is ret. military.

i was born in NJ, lived there til i was 17, lived 15 yrs on island of st. croix, US virgin islands, couple of those years in HI. i moved to fl a few yrs before neil was born. met his dad here.

the autopsy showed gary having no water or debris in lungs, & a severed spinal cord behind chest area. official cause of death=undetermined. i have the autopsy. also cked withe MEs, neurosurgeon, MD from mt sinai. all agreed cord could not be severed from boat flipping over or bouncing around in ocean & that his head & neck would've been injured also & his necklace not still on his neck. the boat showed no explosions, & actually was in not too bad shape, i also have pics (cop gave me disk, i am only other who has) of boat when found at canaveral, on my AOL journal site:

this occurred in 2003. funny you mention scuba gear, the fbi has some pics that were found in camera with boat, that they refuse to show me. they ar of someone scuba diving. at first they tried to say it was my son, & i asked who could identify, then they said they don't know who it is, but that it was someone youthful looking in scuba gear, underwater, crystal clear water & bright clear skies (not weather here, at time). i told them that none of them scuba dive & there was no scuba gear on the boat. my daughter & i said we would drive over there to see, they refused & said photos are in evidence world somewhere. we have filed 2 FOIA requests, & thus far, only rcvd a RCPT for 1, no info!

gary was a korean war vet. also we pretty well know that they were not planning to go to the CA wreck. that was something the friends of gary lied about, along with the phony "float plan".

Were Neil and his father certified in scuba Karen no, as i said before, none of them dove. the name of the boat= "what's left"
no, no one's work had anything to do with tourism. which neil didya mean re probs at home
the inflatable raft was found with the boat, not taken out of its casing.

it has been suggested that maybe his dad told him that he (the dad) would go to jail for life, or that he (my son) was an accessory to murder!

I just asked about the relationship between your husband and this Gary if you can. they knew each other from AA (alcoholics anon). gary was an add8iction counselor/hypnotherapist

1. Was there any burned places on the boat

2. Would your ex husband have any reason to have killed Gary

3. There was no water found in Gary's lungs, so he was dead aboard the boat and he didn't drown. I understand that he was too decomposed to correctly identify how he died. Were any shot gun shells or anything of the sort found in the wreckage
no burned places on boat, nothing burned...in fact there were 6 full extra fuel containers.

i don't know what his & gary's relationship was like. maybe gary wouldn't go along with something

no gun shot evidence or shells. supposedly, gary did carry a gun on board, but it was not found with the boat.

there is no doubt that a severed spinal cord would =instant death

the boat would have had to drift almost 500 miles, through the keys, unmanned (which is difficult for even a manned boat) in 2 wks time. that would make it about 450-500 mi drift to canaveral according to CG (who initially cked the lakes inland, thinking that drift would be so lon, too fast)

Karen, are the twins identical yes, i believe so. Can you tell the twins apart yes, because they have different looks for hair, clothes, etc. but i think i remember jerry saying they were identical, not fraternal. Have always done this with their looks as far as i know, as adults. jerry was always the sraight looking army type, neil (when i met him & we were together, wore a beard) was always more the bohemian looking. he was always heavier than jerry, too

Is 500 miles a long ways at sea yes, quite aways. everyone thought it VERY strange when the boat showed up there. If they left from Naples, and the boat was found all the way around the other side of Florida where Cape Canaveral is, it sure did go the around about way. Wonder how the currents go around the tip of Florida there Karen i posted independant drift pattern studies (not from this case) on the journal site. its getting from the gulf through, or around, the keys that's the thing...after that it gets into the gulfstream. i've kinda felt that however it got there, it was meant to get there. but that's just my own feeling. i think the drift would've taken it to cape hatteras, rather than canaveral.

Which Launch pad was the boat found near launchpad 20...an unused pad.

we divorced when neil was just over 1 yr, due to domestic violence. i could not live like that & would not raise my kids with that. i could not live in fear. he hurt me, physically, very much. he was abusive in all ways. my son knew the truth. i have a daughter, now 28, who saw it all. the father's whole family is abusive, & all in denial. he's like a jekyll hyde. i know my son saw some of it with his current wife

What does this man do for a living at the time this happened he was unemployed. he had a failed appliance repair biz & when he was with me he was a cabinet maker/installer. he could never hold a job very long, because of his attitude & temper. he was working graveyard shift at a local recovery center, making sure people stayed in their rooms, etc. didn't find out til after this happened, that he had just very recently been fired from that too. his wife supported him. he was born 12/3/55. he would be 49. i'll answer before i go..supposedly he was sober since a yr before i knew him. he was an AA mtg addict. he may very well have relapsed, but i don't know his drinking habits. i also know he had been a cocaine addict. i think he drifted to the sleazier type places. see, he tried to change his personna when he got sober, but inside he always remained who he was/is. his middle name is wayne, his brothers mid name is dwayne. i never knew him to be an avid boater.

Yes, someone in that family knows more than they are letting on.
They blame you for his problems. you had him arrested



yes, that was the end of it. a friend took me to the police. he never forgave me for that, but it had to be done. i'd probably be dead by now, otherwise. the whole thing broke my heart. i also learned enough to know i did not want my son to grow up & be an abuser. he's so different than his dad. he always felt he had to act different around his dad. with me, he was always his true self. he was always afraid of his dad. the dad had to go to anger mgmt, etc, before he could have visitation. he had a long history of this with women, i foun out after. i have not gone out with anyone since. i didn't want to bring different people in & out of my son's life.

Are you saying that this R3 is someone that ran a business trying to locate missing people and they took money that was suppose to go for finding Neil and his father or are you saying that these people did this before they went missing and Gary was found

Well see that's what I'm thinking, that they went to the Keys instead of going where they were suppose to be going and if that is so, then 12 hours would have been about right for them to be getting ready to return to Naples. And, somewhere down there in the Keys someone got hold of that boat, but for what reason. I'm still trying to work this out in my head. well the police don't think anything illegal of their antics. when gary's daughter 1st arrived here, before boat was found, she called the police because she arrived to her dad's house having been broken into. they didn't even write a report, just noted it as a suspicious incident. & when my daughter & i went dwn to police station, to talk to det., & tell him about them & money, etc....he said so, they stole $$, that doesn't make them a murderer. gee, i didn't know stealing was legal, these days

Send a leak to 60 Minutes or a top news agency, Current Affairs is back on, with the story about the body of a dead man on a boat and it being on a secure military site and how Homeland Security failed. This will start a snowball effect to get to the bottom of what happened. It will be out LE's hands that way.

there were no storms at the time that they could have been in the area. i had even written to sat imaging

following wkend & she had move into a house. she said he would NEVER have put her personal info on

the outside of his door, & that it was definitely NOT his handwriting on the other side!!

the side with the number & address is his handwriting. none of the info pertains to this, it is all his

daughter's tampa info, before this happened. the side that says calif wreck is NOT his writing.

neil could've been below, on phone...or someone coulda hit redial, by mistake, or on purpose.

Jesus, that boat looks nothing at all like it did when it was found did it except for the top, which was said

that when they turned it over top broke off, it was with the boat, tho.

Yes, so I can get a good look at it. And in this one float plan map, there is debris in the middle of the

ocean, is that debris from the boat or just in general debris from a wreck those are just landmarks,

towers, wrcks, etc....but you have to remember they didn't go there, & weren't going there...people do not

shark-fish there, & i spoke to a couple boaters who were at that site, at the time, & they verified that gary's

boat was NOT seen there.

Then what spot is 12 mi ssw of Naples port royal is where they left from, just below marco island is about

12 mi
Where was Gary's body found Where on the boat if it was upside down in the water inside the cabin
And so the boat was found upside down on land And Gary's body was still inside the boat in the cabin

yes..it was also weird that he was in his shirt, undershorts, & 1 shoe. And were his shoe and shorts ever

found no
when it was that he could have sistained the damage that was done to his body, because he didn't die of

drowning, and you said that before.
right, & all the dr. said severed cord would not happen from boat turning over or bouncing in waves. we

don't know for sure that boat was tied or how it was turned over .

Autopsy Report on Gary Lisk:

The body is covered with sand. The head hair is absent. There is a tattoo of a greenish color and irregular configuration on the right forearm.

Clothing on the body consists of red shirt, purple briefs and the right sneaker.

Evidence Of Injury

Head Injuries: The skin over the nose and mouth is absent.

Trunk Injuries: There is a complete transection of the thoracic spine at the level of T5-6 including the spinal cord.

Extremity Injuries: There is a marked injury to the terminal right and left hand with the skin of the fingers missing and exposing the phalanxes. The skin and muscles of the right and left legs are markedly mangled with destruction and exposing the tibias and fibulas and partial amputation of the right ankle.

Body Cavities: The body cavities are entered in the usual manner. All the cavities are free of excess adhesions. The pleural cavities and abdominal cavities contain a greasy oily material. The organds are in the usual anatomic position.

Neck: Examination of the soft tissues of the neck including the strap muscles, thyroid gland and large vessels reveal no abnormalities. The hyoil bone and larynx are intact.

Cardiovascular System: The heart weighs 210 grams. The epicardial surface is dull. The coronary artieries arise normally and sho mild atherosclerosis. The heart is open in the direction of the blood flow and the valves and chambers are venae cavse and pulmonary arteries are free of antemortem thrombus. The aorta is intact and shows moderate atharosclerosis.

Respiratory System: The trachea and bronchial tree are clear of debris or goreighn material, the mucosal suface is smooth and blackish-tan. The right lung weighs 250grams and the left 240grms. The pleural surfaces are smooth and dull. The parenchymas are mushy and blackish.

Gastrointestinal System: The tongue is without evidence of recent injuries. The esophagus is lined by gray smooth mucuss and is empty. The stomach is empty. The mucosa is without any gross lesions. The small and large i ntestinges are unremarkable. The appendix is present.

The liver weighs 1600 grams. The cpsule is intact, dull and smooth. The parenchyma is mushy and blackish-brown. The gallbladder is empty. The biliary tree is patent.

The pancress has the usual external configuration and on section has the usual tan lobulated appearance.

It's also strange that the right foot has the shoe on and the left foot doesn't and it's also the right foot that was almost amputated.
yes, & its also funny that gary didn't have all his toes on that foot, from a war injury, or diabetes..also funny is the part about his teeth missing postmortem. almost like someone was trying to prevent ID.

gary was supposedly clean & sober for almost 20 yrs, sponsored alot of AA guys. i don''t know much about gary's life. i know he had kids with a buncha wives. he was single at the time. he was an addiction counselor. here is his old webpg:

And the autopsy report gave a clear indication that he had nothing in his system. In fact, he didn't even have anything in his stomach.
yeah, that was weird, too..& i heard there was no blood in his body .
If he had no blood or stomach contents, how could they determine that he had no drugs in his system they sent organs to lab, his spleen, liver and kidneys, that's what they sent for toxicology.
They could analyze the hair to find any recent drug abuse better than organs that have decomposed and that have been in water. i think hair was absent due to slippage. the organs were not decomposed. kinda weird, no injury to tongue, yet teeth missing postmortem.

We have a crashed boat on secure military land with a dead Captain Clean that has no hair to speak of, a forged note, a wife beater that has disappeared at sea with his 13 year old son that looks much older. A computer that was hacked, a burglary of a dead man's apartment, shady charactors making money off of a boat wreck. Several people sent to jail, getting out of jail or fixing to go, we have a photo of a mysterious young diver that no one knows and the FBI will not release. The case has been more or less cleared and declared a matter of National Security. A phone call that stated they were 12 hours from docking and later denied by the person that recieved it, a false report filed. Reports of persons picked up in Cuba but none now.

imagine how hard it hits me...it was just me & neil, all these yrs. such a leader, such high self-esteem, so generous, helpful, kind, so many friends, so smart..you don't know tears....

So this is where my first red flag comes up. Neil didn't take any clothing for an overnighter and especially swim trunks. Now my first question is this, did dad have some of Neils clothes at his place

Second red flag was that Neils dad had his cell phone with him, and while that's not a problem, I'll go on and see what you think after I'm finished with my other thoughts.

...Friday at 7:00pm Neil uses his fathers cell to call his girlfriend, 12 miles ssw out of Naples which would have put them at an area that people go shark fishing near, cape romano.

excellent point..let me retell you how she said it (another point is: you mean to tell me she, & gary's GREAT friends, R3 people, all went to sleep sat. night, knowing they were not back, with a child on board!!!)

gary did have 2 radios, a GPS, & an EPIRB (none found with boat)

How far can that boat get in two hours evidently, when first leaving gary's dock it would take awhile to get to open water because of manatee speed zone. i had spoken to the guy who rigged the boat, & i think he said it would take about 3.5 hrs to get to calif wreck, which was about 66 mi away. no one knows (to my knowledge) the exact time of departure. but the phone call was made at 7 pm & it was 12-13 mi ssw of naples.

It would seem to me that the only reason that Gary would have used that ship to shore radio would have been if he didn't have the cell phone available to him, so where is dad and Neil at this point And, why call dads wife she did NOT say that SHE spoke with them, i got the impression she meant the R3 guy, larry. & she did not say who was spoken to! (gary, or neil).

there's something fishy about that test boat thing. i wish you could post what i sent.

after the search had started, someone supposedly donated a similar boat, with monitoring equipment, to R3, to see where the drift would take it. the R3 woman, nanette, claimed, & told news (as per what i sent you) that the boat was missing, stolen, when she sent someone to ck on it, & said it had been last seen off marco.

reading thru the 2" CG report, i found the other thing i sent ya, where they were trying to identify a signal they were rcving 30 mi west of charlotte harbor (complete other direction) & they had resolved it to be R3 test boat. this was the NIGHT BEFORE she reported it missing, to the news. how could she claim it missing, when the night before she had to rectify the signal with CG, & why did she say she sent someone to ck off naples, when she had to have known it was way noth

it was both his office, & home PCs. they were completely unreadable. R3 admitted to the changing of door locks. they admitted to wanting to protect "patient" files. there were hard copy files taken, too. i heard it all had to do with financial stuff. i know gary's daughter took the PCs to a computer specialist, i know the cop went & sat with him awhile, i know it was done around noon on sat. they were the ones that had the keys, & a friend of theirs, gary's part time secty

also, cell phones, will only work to certain distances on open water .

Test boat turns up missing
Another mystery has emerged in the search for three missing Naples boaters who vanished during a fishing trip two weeks ago.

A test boat set adrift so that recuers could track where it floated in hopes of finding the missing people and their vessel has disappeared.

Nanette Meaux Hinnant, who helped organize the extensive private search for the missing boaters, said Friday she thinks the vessel may have been stolen because it had a few thousand dollars worth of equipment on board.

The test boat was just one method being used by family and friends to try to find the missing trio: Boat owner Gary Lisk, 61 and his passengersm Neil Eddleman and son Neil all of Naples.

The three vanished after leaving the afternoon of Oct. 17th about Lisk's 24 foot boat. What's Left. They were headed for grouper fishing spots 66 miles southwest of naples.

A boat towing service was hired Thursday to fetch the test boat, which had been set adrift off Marco Island.

The vessel, however could not be found.

A plane flown by a pilot volunteering his time for the search and rescue effort also could not find the test boat.

The day before one of the search planes had spotted the vessel.

A prankster had put clothes stuffed with straw and other material aboard.

Now the boat has vanished.

that was the weird thing, too, with him having 2 radios, a gps, an epirb, they never put out a distress signal the loran fish finder was still with the boat. i got the impression, & i could be wrong, that it was more of a radio thing, than a phone thing (like short wave radio or something like that...becaused she defintely said radio)

Well then we need to find out somehow if that call was ever placed on Sunday. Because dad's wife wouldn't have had any reason to lie about that, why even say it it it hadn't happened

Also, why was she so nasty to Neil's girlfriend What was bothering her about that phone call

Then what you're saying is that at 7:00 am on Sunday, the R3 couple had already spoken to dad's wife, and she had already gotten a call from the boat saying that it was 12 hours out of Naples i don't know the exact time she spoke with them, but it was before i spoke to her. she said, there was shipt to shore radio contact around 7am & they were 12 hrs out. she said she had spoken with these people (the R3 couple) i assumed that is who spoke with the boat. but the CG report said larry called them (CG) at 1 pm sun. when the news came out, R3 had said the family called the CG, maybe even said ellen did.

Then we can't trust that the call was ever made from the boat, because I already don't trust Rescue 3.
exactly, ditto...they broke into gary's house & did PC stuff, sat at noon, 5 hrs before boat due in, then sun., all this went on, at some time they made that phony float plan (which the whole 2 mil , largest in FL, CG search was based on), someone made that note & put it on gary's door, then called CG at 1 pm sun.

i think the 12 hr thing was to keep me at bay...remember..they didn't call me, i didn't even know they were on a boat. i called ellen, because of brianna's call to me on sun am.

How has dad's wife profited by this How is she living now her family has $$, inheritance previous yr. she tried to put in a demand note for $300k to gary's insurer of boat. she denied this to gary's daughter, but we found it to be true when insurer contacted me.

The reason I am writing to you is to let you know that I've read many of the threads on this website, and through amw.com I have clicked on some other pages, but I am still uncertain as to the actual story behind this. I have a little bit of an idea, but there are still things I have no clue about. For example, how and when was Gary found dead What do you mean by the PCs were fatally compromised before they were due back Who's Gary What does Gary's daughter have to do with this

I just wanted to inform you that some of the information is unclear - and maybe that is because it is unclear to you, but I wish you luck in finding your son and thought it was worth mentioning that the story was unclear to me as it may be unclear to persons nearer to the incident who may be of help.

gary was found 2 wks later, 500+ miles away, in the cabin of his boat, which was found, ashore, by personnel of patrick air force/nasa, at lauchpad 20, cape canaveral, fl.

gary's door locks were changed, files stolen, & his PCs rendered mostly unreadable around noon on sat., tho they weren't due back til 5 pm, sat., from fishing trip!
