don't hesitate, or be afraid to ask! if you don't want to register, you can still post, by hitting reply, as guest, & putting a name you pick, or even just guest, where it says name!

Can you update us with the latest info you have
Also, keep in mind that the investigation may seem as though it's doing nothing but the detectives must keep things to themselves, i.e. classified - it's strategy. What if they told you everything and you, in a mothers natural emotional distress, posted even the smallest of crucial clues on here What if someone involved with the disapperance lurks around here The investigation would be jeopardized. These police have caught some horrible people, and they will catch these ones.
By them publically stating there is not much to go on, they are essentially playing off the ego of the offenders. They think they got away with it and it raises the chance that they will strike again. The more active they are, the more chance there is of them being caught - so let them think they're untouchable.
Your sons case will ultimately be solved but with what I can gather, these people have done this before - and they will do it again. It must be excruciatingly painful to wait all these years, but they will eventually be found and you will have your peace of mind.
